I love real estate. Probably more than most people. I talk about it, read about it, watch TV about it, and invest my own money in it. I own three income properties, and am pretty certain I watch more HGTV than any normal person should. But in all seriousness, this means Iím passionate about what I do and thatís reflected in the service I provide to my clients. I work hard for my clients and my goal is to do only what is best for them. Sometimes that can even mean not selling their home.
Before I became a REALTORģ, my career spanned a number of disciplines and continents including marketing, sales, and data analysis in Canada, U.S.A., Ireland and the United Kingdom. More than 10 years of experience in these roles helped me build strong skills in sales, marketing, and in building client relationships. IĎm also a bit of a numbers geek and love to sift through market data and reports. This means Iíve got the experience and skills to know the real estate market, promote a property, and negotiate a great deal.
